RNSH-VB bypass

The automatic changeover switch with bypass isolation and draw-out style is composed of 2 switch modules:

Standard changeover switch and bypass switch are connected in parallel. Before the main switch is pulled out for overhaul, testing and maintenance, the load can be switched in advance to the bypass switch side, and the failed ATS can be removed through guide rail. After the overhaul is completed, the switch is moved back to the testing position and resume power supply after it is tested as safe. The load will not be cut off power supply in the whole process.

Vertical cabinet type and box type of the switch will be provided.

Each type includes two series: standard changeover and uninterrupted changeover.

The switch provides 3 basic positions:

Automatic Position: the normal side contact of the bypass is disconnected, and its standby side contact is also disconnected;

Bypass Normal Position: the standby side contact of the bypass is disconnected, but the normal side contact of the bypass is connected;

Bypass Standby Position: the normal side contact of the bypass is disconnected, but the standby side contact of the bypass is connected.

Features

The bypass switch has the features of 7S series.

The capacity of the bypass switch is consistent with that of the main switch.

The load is allowed to be switched to the bypass switch side without power cut-off.

When the main switch is moved out, the generator’s self-starting function can still work normally.

The switch is designed to be the draw-out type for convenient maintenance.

The capacity is 200A-4000A.
