Introduction

RNSH-MV series medium voltage transfer switch is a power transfer system of 12kV or below. It is a new product to fill the gap of 6kV-12kV dual power supply in China. This series of switch, using innovative integrated design, works with dedicated R201 (H) controller to meet the mechanical and electrical interlocking. It can be used in dual power system with AC 50Hz, rated voltage 12kV and rated current 3150A. When one power supply fails, it will automatically switch to the other normal power supply to ensure continuous, safe and reliable operation of the load.


Features

A、Class a interlocking mechanism


1、Mechanical interlock

(1)The operating mechanism uses advanced rigid link mechanical interlocking to prevent the closing of two power supplies caused by malfunction of switch;

(2)Reliable mechanical interlocking 

to prevent the closing of two power supplies caused by manual operation.


2、Electrical interlocking

The dedicated intelligent controller for the transfer switch provides reliable electrical interlocking function and manual/auto lock function.

(1)Electrical interlocking function: Make sure that the other power supply is not closed when one power supply is closed;

(2)Manual/auto lock function: Prevent unnecessary losses caused by misoperation of non maintenance personnel.


B、Step-by-step switching function

It can control the step-by-step switching of up to 24 load switches. 


C、High quality fixed sealing pole


1、High reliability

The arc extinguishing chamber, using integrated vacuum fixed sealing pole, is featured by modular design, simple structure, few removable parts and high reliability.


2、Extra-high insulation performance

The surface insulation is changed to volume insulation. It reduces the impact on the environment and greatly improves the insulation strength compared with air insulation.


3、Small size

Epoxy resin is used as the insulating material to greatly reduce the phase distance and reduce the installation size.
